Search engine optimization can be very effective however it can take up huge part of your life trying to figure this out. Search engines continuously changes their algoritm. So if you think you have figured it out for one day, next morning you will be surprised.

So how do you rank your page high?

This is good question that we all are trying to figure out every single day! I personally have been trying to figure this out for many many years. Since it is continuously changing, NO ONE can gurantee you that they can get your page listed as #1 on google or any other search engine. It just not going to happen that way. But you can aim for high ranking. I have figured out many ways that can help you reach your visitors by ranking high on search engines.
